Обвиняемый проходил подготовку в учебном центре Нацгвардии, где получил навыки использования оружия и обращения со взрывчаткой. Его готовили к осуществлению террористической деятельности. До мая 2022 года обвиняемый принимал активное участие в боях с российской армией, но после попал в плен.
